Pricing

General Information

I am located in zip code 29710 and am available for on-location sessions in North Carolina (Charlotte, Gastonia, Concord and surrounding areas) and South Carolina (Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and surrounding areas).

I will work with you to determine a suitable session location that is convenient for us both. If you have a particular location in mind, please be sure to let me know. If you would like to have your session at a location that requires an admission fee, you will be responsible for covering that cost.

Pricing and information below pertains to sessions booked before 12/31/2016.

Multiple Session Discounts

* Book 2 sessions at once to receive a 5% discount.

* Book 3 sessions at once to receive a 10% discount.

* Book 4 or more sessions at once to receive a 15% discount.

Total cost of all sessions booked must be paid for in full at the first session to receive this discount. All sessions included in discounted pricing must be held within a specified time frame after the date of the first session: 1 year for 2 sessions and 18 months for 3 or more sessions.

Example combinations include but are not limited to: Family and Senior sessions; Maternity and Newborn sessions; Newborn, 6 months, and Birthday session; Maternity, Newborn, 6 months, and Birthday; etc.

Session Pricing

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required at time of booking to reserve session date, remaining balance of session fee will be due on the session day.

Sessions for 1 to 2 people

* Includes but not limited to: Engagement, Anniversary, Birthday (with or without cake smash)

* Includes Maternity session for parents only (no siblings)

* Does NOT include Seniors, Newborns, Beauty or Boudoir

* $500

* 45 minutes to 1 hour for session

* 20 digital negatives
* Professional hair and makeup services available at an additional cost

Sessions for 3 to 4 people

* Includes but not limited to: Family, Maternity (with siblings)

* $575

* Add additional people (limitations apply, see below**) to a family session for $75 per person. You will also receive 5 more digital files for each additional person included.

* 1 hour to 90 minutes for session

* 20 digital negatives
* Professional hair and makeup services available at an additional cost
** Limitations on additional family members: Maximum number of people for single session fee is 10. Immediate family only (grandparents, parents, children), extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) will need to pay a separate session fee.

Senior or Beauty sessions

*$550

* 90 minutes to 2 hours for session (includes up to 3 clothing changes)

* 20 digital negatives
* Professional hair and makeup services available at an additional cost

Newborn sessions

* $750

* 2 hours to 4 hours for session

* Includes photos of newborn only on various backgrounds, with and without props (hats, headbands, wraps, baskets, etc.), if desired

* Also includes photos of newborn with mom, dad and siblings

* 25 digital negatives

Boudoir sessions

* Includes Boudoir session at your home

* Boudoir session in a hotel will require additional fee to cover the charge for the location

* 90 minutes to 2 hours for session (includes up to 3 clothing changes)

* 20 digital negatives
* Professional hair and makeup services available at an additional cost

Digital Negatives

Your session will result in at least the number of fully edited digital negatives (i.e. digital photos in JPG file format) listed in the session description. I will provide you with a print release along with information regarding recommended print labs and other information that will help you make the most of your photos.

Each digital negative will include both color and black and white high-resolution versions of your image suitable for printing. It will also include web-ready color and black and white versions of the image that can be used for Facebook, your blog, emailing and any other website. Note: because these web-ready images will be properly size and sharpened in order to look their best online, they will not be suitable for printing. Only the high-resolution versions should be printed.

Additional editing maybe be requested for $25 - $50 per photo (price depends on complexity of editing requested).

Prints and Other Photo Products

No prints or other photo products are included in the session fee. Because you will be given the digital negatives, you can have your photos printed wherever you would like. However, if you would like me to order your prints for you from my professional lab, I would be glad to do so! I highly recommend that you order wall prints (photos 11x14 or larger) though me. When I order your prints, I will carefully crop your photos to the correct size so that each one will look its best at whatever size you order.
